Born in Lubbock, Tx, she’ll admit to being a bit of a nomad, living and growing up all across the United States, longest place she has called home is Plano. Nikki is in the process of finishing her degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Texas A&M University.

When she’s not helping clients find the best coverages, Nikki loves to curl up with a good book and spend quality time with her husband, Aaron, daughter, Eiley, and their three fur babies, Apollo (Great Dane) Thor (Border Collie mix) and Freyja (Lab mix).

What is the one app on your phone that you couldn’t live without?

Nikki: “(Major nerd alert) Audible”

What is your passion? If you could teach a room full of people about ONE thing for 5 minutes, what would it be?

Nikki: “Cooking tips and tricks. As a mom with a full time job, saving time and not sacrificing taste is key when you’re cooking.”

What’s your “go to” meal if you had to cook something?

Nikki: “(Scrolls through mental list of recipes)–Greek Chicken Pizza with tzatziki sauce. *chefs kiss*”

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?

Nikki: “The ability to hear a foreign language and instantly be fluent.”

What do you love MOST about being in the Insurance Industry?

Nikki: “I thoroughly enjoy educating clients about insurance via analogies so they do fully understand coverages and how the industry works. Also, I like knowing I am able to bring relief to a client by saving them money.”

What’s a stigma about the insurance industry you would like to change?

Nikki: “I strongly dislike the stigma that every agent just cares about money or specifically speaking, commission. At Schwab Insurance, we TRULY CARE about our clients and making sure our families are PROPERLY insured.”
