Born in Dallas, Tx although she was raised in Hurst, Tx where she still calls home – Shasetty has been with the company since October 2019 and has over 10 years of industry experience as an Insurance Agent Customer Service Representative.- P&C licensed.

When not she’s not at the office hard at work ensuring our clients are taken care of, Shasetty is more than likely at a soccer or football field cheering on her boys…or scouring the sales rack at TJ Maxx. She does all of this and still finds time get home and spend time with her husband Saul, sons Michael, Ethan, Lionen, and their doggos “Cosmo” (Red Heeler Mix) “Wanda” (Blue Heeler Mix)

Shasetty: “Dr. Pepper. I will challenge anyone who thinks they can drink more than me, I will fight you”

What is the one app on your phone that you couldn’t live without?

Shasetty: “Music App, I need my music it keeps the soul happy!”

Shasetty: “How to make my world famous Chicken Tinga Tostadas”

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?

Shasetty: “The ability to hear a foreign language and instantly be fluent. I’m already bilingual (Spanish and English) but to speak any other language in the world instantly would be awesome.”

What do you love MOST about being in the Insurance Industry?

Shasetty: “Being able to teach people about the proper coverages we need to keep ourselves protected.”

What’s a stigma about the insurance industry you would like to change?

Shasetty: “Cheaper Insurance = Total Coverage – The idea that a majority of people have, which is state minimum coverage is sufficient. Because it’s not.”
