Fun and Festivities in Fort Worth

Want to get involved in a fun event with family or friends? Check out the 6th Annual Trinity Bright Halloween 5K/1 Mile Fun Run that will take place on Saturday October 19^th. The I mile fun run gets underway at 8:00 am at the Trinity Park Pavilion in Fort Worth. The 5k gets started at 8:30 am.
Packet pick-ups are slated for October 17^th and 18^th at the Fort Worth Running Company, 2401 West 7^th Street, Suite #114 in Fort Worth. Race day registration is also available starting at 6:30 am. There will be an awards ceremony that will take place at the conclusion of the 5k. Runners will each get a T-shirt along with a goody bag.
Following the event there will also be a celebration that will include food, music, face painting, candy and carnival games. This is a great opportunity for a festive time with the entire family while getting a bit of exercise.
